Early yesterday I made a post sharingManomio CEO Stuart Carnie's intent to bring iCade support to his Commodore emulation systems. Early this morning, he posted a video of the Amiga gameInternational Karate + running under hisiAmiga emulation system with full iCade support. I've not had a chance to test out his latest development build personally, but I wanted to share the video for to pique retro gamers' appetites.

And, speaking of Manomio's Amiga and C64 emulators, Craig Rothwell behind the iControlPad (and Wizzley Presto) reached out and is sending over an eval device for us to check out. Manomio is currently in the process of building iControlPad support into their emulators, as promised. We'll report on that shortly.

There are number of Android tablets available in the market at the moment but not all of them are cheap and easily affordable. At least not cheap like the AndyPad. AndyPad will be launched in UK in September and it's currently one of the most cheap and affordable tablets with some good specs. AndyPad runs on Android 2.3 a.k.a Gingerbread which is currently the latest version Android OS for mobile phones and other devices. Other than that, it's running on an A8 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz and it also comes with a powerful 3D GPU, which means that users will be able to play games on this tablet smoothly. It comes with a 1080p HDMI output and it's going to be Wi-Fi only tablet. No words on the display and other specs of the tablet, but it's possible that it will feature capacitive display.

AndyPad will be available for 129 only and it will be officially launched after 74 days. So stay tuned with us because we will keep you updated. So anyone looking forward to get this good and cheap tablet this summer?

Nokia's Manager of Marketing Services in Argentina suggests that there is a Series 40 handset in the works with a 1GHz processor.

The device reportedly runs on the Series 40 OS and is powered by a 1GHz processor. It is also said to have a Clear Black Display. if the rumours are true, this will be the first Nokia handset with a 1GHz processor.

The tweets that led to the leakage of the information has been taken off the net and we are only left with the retweet and a screenshot. The removal of the tweet suggests that the rumours might be true.

The device might be announced at Nokia Connection 2011 to be held in Singapore next week where the event will showcase devices for emerging markets. But we have no further confirmation on that.

I recently got a chance to review HTC first ever Android tablet which is known as HTC Flyer. It's an amazing tablet and currently one of the best tablets available out there. It was recently launched in India and now it looks like it's hitting ourneighboringcountry Pakistan soon. ProPakistani is claiming that Ufone Pakistan will be launching HTC Flyer officially next week in Pakistan. Ufone recently launched HTC Incredible S in Pakistan and now they are looking forward to launch their first ever Android tablet. Ufone will offer this tablet for around 64-65k. Ufone announced some good Android phones in past, and now they are getting ready to extend their line.

Ufone will offer the Flyer with an internet bundle e.g. free internet for 3 months. I am also in contact with HTC Pakistan and will tell you their final words so stay tuned. Anyone planning to get this from Ufone?
