It seems that MySpace is losing the battle against the Facebook, and therefore MySpace decided to team up with Facebook. No, MySpace wasn't acquired by Facebook, but it has introduced another cool feature called Mashup with Facebook.

You probably remember the Sync with Facebook feature that was introduced a while ago that allowed users to share their status updates from MySpace on Facebook. Recently, Mashup with Facebook was introduced and it allows MySpace users to import their likes on Facebook as well as interests to their MySpace stream.

New users that want to join MySpace can simply click the Mashup with Facebook button, and create a basic MySpace profile almost instantly because some of its data from their Facebook account will be imported right away. This feature is available worldwide now, and according to the MySpace, we should see a Facebook Like button on MySpace soon enough. It would be easier to share interests with other Facebook friends. This new feature has received mixed reception from the users.

We all like to tweet, and we send several tweets per day, but not all folks love Twitter and tweeting. One person that won't tweet for a while is Cheng Jianping from China. Twitter might be great, but Cheng Jianping got sentenced to one year of labor camp thanks to it.

Cheng Jianping was sentenced to one year in labor camp for retweeting a tweet from herfiancéHua Chunhui. Apparently Hua mocked Chinese protesters who destroyed Japanese products, and Cheng added a few comments on his tweet, and therefore she was taken by the police. To make things worse, both of them were taken by the police on their wedding day. Hua was released five days later while hisfiancéCheng has been sentenced to one year of labor camp due to disturbing of social stability.

Hua says that all of this was a satire, but Chinese government doesn't like jokes with this sort of things, so before tweeting again, make sure that you don't offend anyone with your jokes on Twitter.

If you care about the environment, you should probably get one of those electric bikes. They are much more eco-friendly than any car. Of course, although electric bikes work great, they still need to be recharged with electrical power, and that type of recharge will also drain nature's resources. Luckily, solution comes from Japan and it is called Solar Cycle Station.

Solar Cycle Station is a bike stand that allows owners to charge their electronic bikes using solar power. In standard version, this bike stand comes with three solar modules and it can reach a maximum output of 79.8V with operating current of 7.84A. According to the developer, Kyocera, estimated power generated with the Solar Cycle Station can produce up to 1.14kWh if it is facing towards south. As for the number of bikes this station can charge, you'll be pleased to hear that it can charge up to six bikes simultaneously.

Solar Cycle Station might be amazing, but it's quite expensive. If you want one, you'll have to pay $23,000 for it.
