We have already seen dual screen tablets before, but it seems that Acer is going to create its own dual screen tablet. Acer's new flagship dual screen tab has been announced and it is called Iconia, so let's find out what this dual screen tablet has to offer.
According to the manufacturer, Acer Iconia features two 14-inch touchscreen panels that can be used in book mode or in the notebook mode in which secondary screen is used as keyboard that has dynamic keys depending on the application that is currently used. As for the hardware specification, this dual screen tablet comes with Intel Core i5 processor and a hard drive with 320 to 750GB capacity. Besides that, Acer Iconia has Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi b/g/n, both USB 3.0 and USB 3.0 ports, and HDMI and VGI output ports. 12801024 webcam is included as well, and each display can produce 1266 X 768 resolution. This tablet, or notebook, comes with Windows 7 Home Premium and it weighs just six pounds.
Anyhow, Acer Iconia is one amazing device unfortunately so far, we don't have information about the release date or pricing.
