LG has launched it's amazing dual-core phone the Optimus 2X last week. Now LG's German Blog has shared the news that the phone will be called the Optimus Speed with model number P990 in Germany . We are not sure if this name is only for Germany or for entire Europe.

The phone will come with Android 2.2 Froyo on board and will be updated to Android 2.3 GingerBread . Official Price and Launch date is still not known !
