Nokia recently released a new firmware update for its popular entry-level smartphone, the Nokia C6-00. The latest version is numbered 20.0.042 and it can be easily downloaded from the Nokia Software Update (NSU). This firmware update comes with minor bug fixes and improves reliability of your phone. • Phone stops responding occasionally when opening slide, using qwerty, clicking keylock switch or answering/ending a call

Even though Nokia C6-00 has User Data Prevention (UDP), it is advised to backup all you data before updating the device, just to make sure that no important files are lost during the installation. You may have to wait for few days or even for few weeks before this update is available in your region.
