This might be the cost of the unsubsidized , unlocked version of the XOOM. While the tablet has been announced only for Verizon ,� it should be available on other networks too.The pricing sounds similar to the initial pricing of the Samsung Galaxy Tab. With the iPad 2 expected to launch anytime , we are hoping that the XOOM tablet would justify its expensive price tag.
