Here is the pipSquak, developed by SeekerPND, it is a device that will help you with calls when you are in a meeting or during circumstances when you are unable to answer your phone.

What pipSqueak does is it connects to your phone using Bluetooth and then notifies the caller that you are busy. But it does not just say you are busy but actually picks up the call and tells the caller to stay on the� line and that you will respond soon.

It also has a unique secirity feature by which it beeps or vibrates depending on the setting whenever you are more than 30 feet away from your mobile phone. This can be very useful for those who tend to leave their phones accidentally.
