Microsoft's Bing has achieved a minor victory by hitting 13.1% of market share in January. Of course, this made Google lose some of its market share and Google's share fell to the 65.6%.
According to the ComScore, this is Bing's greatest single month success since the service started in June two years ago when Bing held just 8% of the market share. Besides Bing and Google, we have also noticed that Yahoo is still holding 16.1% of the market's share. As for Yahoo, its share increased from 16% to 16.1% in January so it's still some progress.
Bing looks to be slowly advancing, and we're wondering can it may outpace Google someday in the future there is certainly a massive way to go still. We doubt that this might happen someday soon, but we'll see what the future holds for this search engine. Do you use Bing daily?
