We're all waiting for the next generation of WindowsWindows 8 with anticipation, and we have some good news. According to the leaked version, Windows 8 won't have the infamous Blue Screen of Death (BSoD), but instead, it will be a Black Screen of Death.

As we all know, Blue Screen of Death was an infamous part of all Windows operating system, and although it has been replaced in the early builds of Vista with a Red Screen of Death, Microsoft reverted back to its standard BSoD. Credit for information about new BSoD goes to user canouna, from My Digital Life forum, who first noticed the appearance of new Black Screen of Death on the leaked Windows 8 (7955) build.

Unlike Blue Screen of Death, Black Screen of Death will inform you about the error in a single line and doesn't look so 80's like, well at least for an error screen.

This is an interesting change, and although the new Black Screen of Death looks better, we'd rather have a Windows that won't be so proned to running into errors and failures.
