Trojans and malware apps are a common thing, and we've seen several of them on Android OS, but now we have a new Trojan that works bit differently than the rest. The latest Trojan to arrive comes disguised as an app called Walk and Text v1.3.7. You may have come across it before, this app can be purchased from the Android Market but in case you decide to run it, you might get a nasty new Trojan.

This pirated app looks fully functional, but in fact, it sends your personal data such as your name, IMEI and phone number to third party servers. But to make things even worse, this Trojan will send a text message to all of your contacts saying that you just downloaded a pirated copy of a app that costs one dollar. After that humiliation, the app will send you a message saying you should learn a lesson from all this and buy original apps in the future. Of course, you'll get a direct link to the official app on App Market.

This is the first Trojan that tries to humiliate you and teach you a lesson while it gathers your personal information, and who knows, maybe we'll see more of these in the future.
