TomTom has launched a new GPS device for larger vehicles, mainly trucks. This GPS provides truckers with improved route guidance, and access restrictions across Europe for larger vehicles. The Pro 7100 GPS has a 4.3 inch touchscreen to control the device, also hands free calling, and a pre-installed 8GB SD memory card.
The GPS has built in IQ routes, live support chat, map share and text to voice abilities. The device's enhanced guidance system favours major roads and tries to reduce sharp turns and finds roads that allow lower speeds for trucks or large heavier vehicles.
The TomTom Pro 7100 TRUCK GPS has 45 European country maps built inside for large vehicle route guidance, truck restriction information for major and interconnecting roads of 15 countries which makes this device ideal for use by truck drivers in Europe. This new TomTom sat nav will be priced at 399 Euros or 349.
