Although this robot doesn't look like human at all, it's one of the most advanced robots that can help humans and make their work even easier. Developed by National Agriculture and Food Research Organization and other local institutions, this robot is the first robot in the world that can pick strawberries on its own. It can even detect how ripe is a strawberry and pick it on its own, without damaging the strawberry.

In order to pick the strawberry, this robot scans it with two cameras and if the strawberry is 80% red it picks it up. This entire process takes only about 9 seconds, which is great. This robot will be perfect and it will definitely speed up the strawberry picking process, because it takes 500 hours for humans to pick the strawberries from 1,000sqm field, while this robot can complete this in just 300 hours.
