Its no surprise that Sony isn't happy with the latest PS3 hacks, so Sony has decided to take action and pursue the infamous creator of the recently releasedfail0verflow hack.
Geohot who I'm sure you'll all know by now, is in a lot of trouble because Sony decided to take legal action against him and his exploit. Sony isn't wasting any time and has already ordered a restraining order to get the root keys and exploits offline. Of course, this legal action allows the officials to seize the hacker's computers as well. So far, it's not know whether he was arrested due to these hacks, but it's certain that Sony won't stop until it gets those root keys to the PS3 off the net.
Sony doesn't take kindly to jailbraking of its console, unlike Apple who have so far pretty much ignored Geohot's existence. These aren't good news for the folks behind this tool, but we have to wait and see what will happen.
