The tablet with Tegra destined for the Japanese market has some amazing features. Toshiba presented the Android 3.0 tablet recently, Regza AT300, which features specs that will surely give the other Honeycomb tablets a headaches.
The powerful device, which launched in June in Japan, benefits from two dual-core Tegra processor which runs at 1GHz, on board is 1GB of RAM and 16GB internal memory. The 10.1-inch LED screen supports a resolution up to 1280 x 900 and comes with an adaptive display that promises better performance under direct sunlight. The tablet has a 5 megapixel camera in its rear and a 2 megapixel camera on the front, no doubt its not short of entertainment connectivities such as an HDMI output port, USB, mini USB and SD card compatibility. Toshiba claims to offer a battery life of up to 7 hours per charge. The Regza AT300 also comes with an accelerometer, WiFi, and Bluetooth.
According to a Japanese press release, it will first arrive the local market then shortly in the United States and Europe. The Regza AT300 will be one top-notch device available at 60,000 Yen which is equvalent to about $723 or 443.
