You may be fooled by the below picture in thinking that this can no way be an actual working digital camera, it looks way too tiny and in fact some what plastic, but ladies and gents, this is indeed a fully functional camera.
Hammacher Schlemmer recently launched this tiny device claiming it to be the world's smallest. Indeed looking at its dimensions of 1 1/8? L x 1? W x 1 1/16? D and a weight of just 14 grams (0.5 oz), its hard to find anything smaller. Equipped with automatic focus, it uses a 2 MP image sensor that takes still images at 1600 x 1200 resolution and captures video at 30 fps at 640 x 480 resolution. Images are taken as JPEGs and videos as AVIs, both saved onto its 2 GB microSD card (supports up to 32 GB cards).
Due to its size though, you will need to compromise for a relatively short battery life of just half an hour, though this can be replenished via USB in double that time. The tiny, world's smallest camera can be yours for $99.95, a nice idea for this Christmas if you happen to know someone who is a complete nutter about all things spy related.
