The MacBook Air has proven to be a hugely successful ultraportable lappie due to its sleek design and a great battery life. Sony VAIO is considered to be the biggest competitor to MacBook. They have long been considered an alternative due to their enthusiastic sexy designs. Now Sony has decided to release its latest MacBook rival, known as the Hybrid PC.
The Sony VAIO Hybrid PC is a fast ultralight machine with a Core i7 processor, also with an SSD on board, HDMI 1.4 connectivity, Wi-Fi and its weight is still less than 2.5 pounds. It comes with a dock, and when you dock it, the Hybrid PC will transforms into a full desktop replacement boasting Radeon HD 6700M graphics processor, a Blu-ray burner, Ethernet and VGA connections, and a special connector that brings together USB with AC power.
Its battery life is somewhere between 8 to 16.5 hours, which is more then amazing if truly accurate. No more details specified by the Japanese PC maker yet. So Stay tuned for more updates on this wonderful notebook cum PC.
