Phishing is a popular way for hackers and malicious users to get hold of your personal information, according to security provider Cloudmark, it seems that there's been a new phishing scam on the internet trying to trick you into giving your personal information to a fake Adobe Acrobat website.

This scam arrives in a form of an email that tells you to upgrade your current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to the full version of the software by following a malicious link. The link takes you to a fake site that has "Adobe" in his domain name, so you can easily be tricked into giving your personal information. On the site, you'll be asked to give your personal information such as contact details and credit card information. We must notice that this scam has appeared in the past as well, and now it's back to claim more victims.

As for users, there's nothing they can do to prevent this scam, so all you can do is be extra cautious and carefully examine your emails and sites before visiting and giving personal data on the internet.
