TweetDeck for iOS has been updated to version 2.0, that bring new UI and lots of new features. This has been specially built from the scratch for iOS 4.0. This UI is similar to TweetDeck for Android, that was launched at the end of last year.

This include some cool features like Pull to Update animations, new Follow/Unfollow slider, pinch gestures and lots more. This is built from the ground up for iOS 4.0, so this suits the iPhone's retina display well while browsing the tweets and shifting between the columns.

• Full conversations are shown by default while the reading the tweets
• Swipe to read tweets and favorites from twitter profiles
• Customize the accounts to be seen in the Home, Me and Inbox columns
• Pinch the screen to change the position or delete the columns
• Create custom column by adding feeds from Twitter or Facebook

Other than these features there are default TweetDeck features like retweets, favorites, replies and direct messages. Compose window features like adding geo location, photo uploading and Deck.ly support are also available.

TweetDeck 2.0 is available in Apple iTunes store for iPhone and iPod Touch with iOS 4.0 and later. This is a not an update, so uninstall the old app and install this on your device. New TweetDeck for iPad will be out in couple of weeks.
